Responsible Service of Alcohol

Our unique face to face RSA course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to serve alcohol safely and responsibly. To serve alcohol in South Australia you need to have a solid knowledge of your legal responsibilities involved in the service of alcohol. Completing your RSA will allow you to identify and deal with intoxicated customers, and teach you how to create a safe and welcoming environment for patrons. Our industry active instructors will guide you through the principles of responsible service, giving you the tools needed to succeed in the hospitality industry.

In our Responsible Service of Alcohol course you will learn the required knowledge to comply with legislation governing the sale and supply of liquor in SA, how and whom to refuse alcohol service to, and safe strategies to manage patrons who are intoxicated and to prevent dangerous situations before they occur
